NCP Mauritius deals with complaints (‘specific instances’) on alleged violations with respect to the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct (OECD Guidelines).
NCP Mauritius considers only complaints that relates to the conduct of:
any multinational enterprise legally registered in Mauritius, or
any Mauritian multinational enterprises operating in another country, irrespective of that country’s OECD member status.
